Food & Beverage attendant

We are looking for Casual Food & Beverage attendants to work in our Café & Bar.  Experience is preferred, but not essential.

Hot Springs Supervisor

We have a great opportunity for a motivated and hands-on Hot Springs Supervisor to join our team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beautiful hot springs, ensuring guests have a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work closely with your team to maintain high standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervising customer care and cleaning teams
  • Supervising daily operations and staff rostering
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Handling guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies on time
  • Reporting incidents and ensuring workplace safety

What we’re looking for:

  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

We have position available for a suitably qualified beauty therapist to join our team at the Day Spa. We are looking for excellent client care and customer service skills as well as a genuine passion for the spa, beauty & wellness industry. The successful applicants must also have the ability to work cooperatively as an integral part of the team.

Hotel Receptionist

Role Overview:
  • As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our esteemed 4 ½-star hotel, known for its spa and wellness offerings. Your role is to provide exceptional service, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring check-in and check-out processes are efficient and personalized.
  • Reservations Management: Handle booking inquiries via phone, email, and online systems, optimizing room occupancy and spa appointment scheduling.
  • Concierge Duties: Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, spa and wellness experiences, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Financial Transactions: Accurately process payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain financial records.
  • Communication: Liaise with housekeeping, spa, and restaurant teams to coordinate guest services and special requests.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, prepare reports, and manage inventory of front office supplies.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role within a 4-star or higher hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multitasking and organizational abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
