To ensure we can provide the best experience for you, we kindly ask that treatments are booked in advance. Please arrive at the spa reception at least 15 minutes before your appointment to settle in and complete your client care form. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time so we can honour all guests’ bookings.
Cancellations
We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice. For group, and package bookings, 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations outside this timeframe will incur a 100% fee. Please note, treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

For packages that include geothermal bathing, we recommend wearing dark swimwear, as the natural iron content in the mineral-rich waters may affect lighter fabrics.

What if I’m allergic to a certain products/ingredient? Can it be swapped out?

Do you have treatment rooms that accommodate more than one person?
Yes, we have 2 treatment rooms that can accommodate 2 people together in the same room. While we are a small day spa, we can cater to group bookings upon request.

Should I arrive early?
Yes, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to check in, relax, and prepare for your treatment.

Yes, feel free to communicate with your therapist at any time. Your comfort is our top priority.

What if I feel uncomfortable during the treatment?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift vouchers from the Deep Blue Hotel & Hot Springs. Gratuity is appreciated and can be added at checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no shows will incur a cancellation fee.
What happens if I’m late?
We kindly ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled treatment time. This allows you to check in smoothly, unwind, and begin the relaxation process.
