- When you complete a booking form (for accommodation, spa, bath house or day‑spa services)

We use Agylisis for online bookings. We retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and after that we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de‑identify it.

Under APP 12 and APP 13 you have the right to access and request correction of any personal information we hold about you.
If you wish to access or correct your personal information, please contact us using the details below. We may require you to verify your identity before giving access or making corrections.
9. Overseas Disclosure
If we disclose personal information to an overseas recipient, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the APPs in respect of that information and that you are notified of the countries in which recipients are likely to be located, where practical.

We may use your personal information to send you marketing communications where you have consented. You may opt‑out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those communications or by contacting us.
If you request us not to use your information for direct marketing this will be honoured.
