Your evening begins at 5pm with a seated chef’s signature five-course tasting menu at Tides Café & Bar. Each dish is carefully composed from seasonal ingredients, capturing the essence of the coast and the rhythm of the seasons.
After dinner, the night deepens into a new kind of ritual. From 7.30pm to 9.30pm, slip into the Hot Springs Sanctuary for a two-hour twilight soak. Surrounded by gentle steam and the glow of illuminated waters you’ll journey through the enhanced bathing experiences – from tranquil geothermal rock pools to immersive sensory caves and a cold plunge. The contrast of warm mineral waters against the evening air heightens every sensation, leaving you deeply restored.
This pairing of gourmet dining and twilight bathing is designed to slow you down, awaken your senses, and create a memory that lingers long after the evening ends.
