Is access to the experiences included with my stay?
No, the Hot Springs, Indoor Bath House, and Day Spa must be booked separately. However, we offer seasonal packages where certain experiences will be in the inclusions.
Are robes and slippers provided in the room?
Robes and slippers are only provided in Penthouses or included in select seasonal packages. Guests are welcome to hire/purchase them from any of our receptions or gift shops.
Do you allow pets?
At Deep Blue Hotel and Hot Springs, pets are not permitted, however, we do accept registered service animals with the exception of the hotels guidelines.
What is the temperature and depth of the Indoor Swimming Pool?
Swimming pool depth is 1.2m, with temperature kept around 28 degrees.
Is there a gym available on-site at the hotel?
While we don’t have a gym on-site, all accommodation guests can enjoy complimentary access to AquaZone on Queens Road during their stay.
Is Netflix available at the property?
Our in-room TVs do not have direct third-party streaming platforms.

No, the closest charging station is at Flagstaff Hill carpark located at 89 Merri Street, Warrnambool.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Check-in is from 2pm, and check-out is 10am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, please contact the front desk for assistance, fees are applicable.
Can I store my luggage at the hotel?
Yes, we offer a small luggage storage area at reception free of charge. Please note that this area is open, so we do not recommend leaving valuables, and we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen items.
Can the beds be separated into singles?
King bed rooms can be split into two singles for your convenience. A $25 fee applies per stay.
Do you accept Afterpay as a payment method?
No, we do not accept Afterpay. Accommodation charges must be paid in full prior to arrival, in accordance with our payment and cancellation policies.
Are microwaves, plates, and cutlery provided in the rooms?
Only our kitchenettes and penthouses come with cooking and serving equipment. If you’re staying in a regular room, you can hire a microwave, fees apply.
