At the core of Deep Blue is our team and the community around us. Since the beginning, we’ve stayed closely connected – from supporting local sporting clubs and charity initiatives, to local business collaborations, discounts for seniors and students , and loyalty cards for our bath house, sauna, and salt room.
Now we have introduced our new Local Access – Limited Release, where a number of tickets have been allocated within each hot springs session and offered at a considered rate for our local guests – a simple way to keep the experience within reach and further support a regular rhythm of bathing.

What are ‘Local Access Limited Release’ Tickets and who are they for?
Local Access – Limited Release is a special allocation of tickets made available for each of our Hot Springs Sanctuary sessions at a special local rate of 15% off for eligible local guests.
It’s our way of ensuring our local community will alway’s have access to the hot springs sanctuary experience.
Who is eligible?
Eligibility is based on approved local postcodes within Warrnambool City Council and Moyne Shire area. Proof of address must be shown on arrival.
- These postcodes include: 3265, 3266, 3267, 3268, 3269, 3270, 3271, 3272, 3273, 3274, 3275, 3276, 3277, 3278, 3279, 3280, 3281, 3282, 3283, 3284, 3285, 3286, 3287
Do I need to pre-book ?
Pre-booking is highly recommended as there are a limited number of tickets available for each session at the special local rate.
Booking is simple. Just select the Local Accesss (Limited Release ) Ticket at checkout after you have selected your chosen session when booking online.

What proof do i need to bring?
A driver licence or another valid document showing your residential address/or a student i.d.
Are these tickets available in every session?
Yes. Local Access – Limited Release Tickets are offered in all Hot Springs sessions, every day all year round.
What if there aren’t any local rate tickets left for a particular session?
Availability is limited, so we recommend booking ahead where possible.
If there aren’t any Local Access tickets left available for your preferred session, you can explore alternative times to access the local rate, or you can choose a standard ticket at the standard rate for your preferred session.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend a booked session?
Yes, our standard 24 hour cancellation policy applies to Local Access tickets.
